Steve Nelson, County Sheriff, presented the Second Amendment Sanctuary resolution to the Board.
Motion by Stauter, seconded by Smith, to adopt the following resolution.
The Chairman called the question with the following recorded votes: Ayes: Aden, Siepker, Stauter, and Smith. Nays: none.
Whereby the Chairman declared the resolution duly adopted.
WE LIKE THIS. When the peace officers get involved because they care about their county folk this much, it makes it darned hard to deny. Then a unanimous board vote in support of your civil rights? Come on! It doesn’t get much better than that!
