So, in effect, what does this mean for residents of Hardin County? Are things like age restrictions and transportation restrictions no longer in effect?
No, all the laws on the books still are valid. Hardin County is saying they seek to oppose and discourage unconstitutional mandates, laws, regulations, etc. They’re signaling they support your civil rights.
