We at Iowa Firearms Coalition welcome the news of coming out of Warren County, Iowa in support of the Freedom Amendment. On May 17th, 2022, the Warren County Board of Supervisors unanimously passed a resolution declaring “Support of Iowa Rights to Firearms Amendment.” Which recognizes the right to keep and bear arms as well as the amendment to Iowa’s Constitution that will appear on the back of the ballot in November, known as The Freedom Amendment!
The Freedom Amendment reads:
“The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. The sovereign State of Iowa affirms and recognizes this right to be a fundamental individual right. Any and all restrictions of this right shall be subject to strict scrutiny.”
What we need from you is to engage with all of our social media as frequently as possible, spreading the word about the Freedom Amendment, be sure your friends and family know it is on the BACK of the ballot. Contact your legislators and advocate in support of it. As always you can join IFC by clicking HERE.
Thank you for your support,

Does that mean Warren county is now a 2nd amendment sanctuary county??
Our records don’t show that they are. If you live there, can you ask them to become one?
Yes, we need the counties to get involved. The more involved, the more votes we will get.
